Scope of Work:
•Engineering Design

Engineering design for build services for the construction of the Blue Turtle Resort. The project consisted of a man-made beach with 16 chalets and a three-story building waterfront site of 12.5 acres in the cul-de-sac of the capital. The building includes a french restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a winery, a cigar room, and on the top floor a Sky-Bar. The site work includes 2.5 acres of landscaping, paving, and parking lots.
